Today was special. Under the Dubai morning sun, 25 Marsh employees stepped away from their desks to do something different – plant Ghaf trees. With shovels in hand and smiles on their faces, the team worked together, learning about these resilient trees that have been part of UAE’s story for generations.
The Ghaf isn’t just any tree – it’s UAE’s national tree, and for good reason. These trees are survivors. They can live for over 100 years, helping hold our desert soil together and giving homes to local birds and wildlife. Each tree we plant today is a gift to tomorrow’s Dubai.
Between digging holes and carefully placing saplings, team members shared stories and got to know each other better. It’s amazing how different work relationships feel when you’re working side by side in nature, doing something meaningful for your community.
