Volunteer at a local school to help students learn business skills and become young entrepreneurs and future leaders.

For the first time ever in the UAE, you can take part in a fantastic activity that will help you foster talent and build confidence in young people. Run in partnership with a Silicon Valley-based program, this activity is all about going beyond academia to build real world, practical business skills – a perfect way for your company to do real good and create young entrepreneurs.

“My biggest motivation? Just to keep challenging myself. I see life almost like one long university education that I never had — every day I’m learning something new”

– Richard Branson

You’ll start the day by heading over to a local school, where you and your team will be welcomed and briefed on the activity. Then you’ll work with the students on a challenge that will test their thinking, planning and presenting skills, helping them become young entrepreneurs. You can tailor this challenge so it’s relevant to your business. The session will be run by our expert partners and you’ll work as mentors, supporting the students as they come up with business ideas and sell them to the group. It’s a really fun day but it also has huge, long-term value – for the students, society and your employees, who will leave inspired and motivated to succeed in their own work.
