Role Overview

The Client Experience Manager plays a central role in shaping how companies interact with Companies for Good, from the very first inquiry to guiding clients through the entire journey: understanding their needs, helping them choose the right activity, handling proposals and planning, and ensuring every detail is delivered smoothly on the day.

It is a dynamic, client-facing position that blends stakeholders management, operational coordination, problem-solving, and leadership.
